Because every item is custom-made to order, please account for both production and transit times:

Production: It typically takes 2–7 business days to create your product.
Shipping: Once produced, delivery times vary based on your location and the specific print provider.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Most orders arrive within the following timeframes:

USA	3–7 Business Days
Canada	10–15 Business Days
International	10–30 Business Days

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Note: If your order contains different types of products (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may ship in separate packages because they are often produced at different facilities.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your country may charge import duties, taxes, or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
