1. Overview

This website is operated by DreamsOfMemes. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DreamsOfMemes. By accessing our Shopify store and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.

2. Shopify Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our meme-inspired products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s secure data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application.

3. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment (Printify)

By placing an order, you acknowledge that DreamsOfMemes products are manufactured and shipped by third-party print providers through the Printify network.

  • Custom Production: Each item is made-to-order. Production begins as soon as your payment is processed.

  • Variations: Because items are printed digitally, minor variations in color, placement, and sizing compared to on-screen mockups are normal and do not constitute a defect.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Third-Party Links & Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (like shipping trackers or size charts). We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk.

6. Modifications to Prices and Service

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

7. Shipping and Delivery Liability

While we facilitate the order, we are not the carrier.

  • Delivery: DreamsOfMemes is not liable for any delays, lost packages, or theft occurring after the carrier marks an item as "Delivered."

  • Address Errors: If Shopify’s system flags an address as invalid, we may reach out to you; however, we are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, meme designs, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DreamsOfMemes or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

9. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DreamsOfMemes is registered.
